MDC-330 single station flatbed die cutting machine
The MDC-330 is a high speed stand-alone flat-bed die-cutting machine for pressure-sensitive labels.
The MDC-330 offers a maximum speed of 120m/min. It comes with digital servo-driven technology that controls the step-and-repeat, as well as the movement of the stamping die-plate. Because of digital control, all movements are synchronized with extreme precision.
Die-cutting pressure is applied from below, and the amount of pressure is digitally controlled through a large servo engine. This unit is standardly suitable for 7.5mm high die-plates, and a maximum top-down movement of approximately 12mm max.
